Finnish sauna
The Finnish sauna is the most popular in Europe. In the sauna the refreshing effect of sweating is provided by high temperature (about 80 - 90°C) and the low humidity (max. 10%). In the sauna the blood vessels are enlarged-narrowed, so increases the immunity of the body and helps the detoxication. It has good effect on the heart and the blood circulation as well.
Infrasauna
The lower, 40-50°C temperature does not burden the physique so much. The infra-red rays go under the skin-surface, where they regenerate the tired muscles, tissues. We recommend it for detoxication, alleviating, losing weight, but it is good for cleaning skin and wiping away orange skin.
Tepidarium with colour therapy
The tepidarium is a regenerating room which was discovered by the Romans. Its special walls provide permanent temperature between 37 and 39°C. This is the optimal temperature for the body to perspire the poisonous matter. In the tepidarium you can forget about the every-day stress, calm down, refresh and simply feel good. Besides these, the tepidarium strengthens the heart and the blood circulation
Steam bath with aroma therapy
The temperature of the steam bath is 50-55 °C, its humidity is 70-100%. It has positive effect on the upper airway and can treat asthma, rheuma, sore throat, muscle-pains and certain circulation problems. The steam bath nurses, protects and makes the skin tight and detoxicates the body. It alleviates the cold and flu.
Salt cave
In the salt cave the evaporating salt has positive effect on internal and external as well: it softens the skin, by inhaling it has inflammation alleviating effect. It is appropriate for treating asthma and respiratory system problems.

Aroma-whole-body massage
This is a general treatment form with aroma oil or medicinal cream. It gives refreshment not only for the body but for the soul as well. The muscles are massaged, rubbed, unfixed, so the blood circulation is stimulated, the effect is regenerative, refreshing.
Honey massage
Honey massage is one of our latest massages. The massage is carried out by using pure honey, which utilises the beneficent long-time known effects of honey. Honey has detoxicating and excretes removal impact; it cherishes and protects the skin and provides revitalisation.
Migraine therapy
The massage loosens up the nerves on the nape and on the face and the body's metabolism becomes more intense. Especially recommended for headaches, migraine and in case of psychotic burden and stress. Duration of the massage is approx. 30 minutes.
Lymph massage
As the lymphatic system is the policeman of the body, it tends to get overloaded. By fine, circular movements they activate the lymphatic system, and the harmful material emission becomes more intense. Recommended for swellings, oedemas, swollen feet, and post-treatment of operations and accidents.
Couple massage
During the entire body massage, couples can use the treatment together in one room, whilst two masseurs are working. They can be together even during the treatment.
Back massage with aroma oil or medicinal cream

Japanese massage (Yumeiho)
The Yumeiho Eastern massage-technique is a general, overall body massage. Its purpose is to keep the body well-balanced, prevent illnesses, or heal the already existing illnesses. The Yumeiho helps to harmonise our life-functions. It is especially recommended to treat internal and motorical disorders. The massage happens on a special carpet (tatami), the treatment lasts for 1 hour.
Kenbiki
The word means rhythmic, dynamic hand. This is a form of shiatsu, but here we do not treat meridians directly. Its purpose is improving the quality of the non-harmonious energy. It is a relaxing, calming treatment. And because it contains more dynamical rocking as well, it helps replacing the displaced but not deformated joints.
Chinese massage
It helps to restore the energy balance. The therapist activates the acupuncture points next to the spine by tapping. During the massage the entire body is treated by vellicating and pulling out movements. It is recommended mainly for loosening up the back.
Thai massage
The classical Thai massage is without using oils. It treats joint functional disorders, the massage mainly contains stretching exercises. In the meditation treatment there are elements of the Chinese reflexology and ajurveda.
Thai oil massage
Thai massage with oils is a special version of the traditional Thai massage. In this case the massage is not given in clothes. Touch and sensing the fragnances together have a beneficial effect, directly through the skin. The oil massage stimulates circulation, the volatile oils embrance the body and take their effect through inhalation. It helps purification, strengthens the immune system, makes skin more elastic and silky. It revitalizes the tired soul.

Baby massage

Aroma bath
The medicinal herbs are mixed to the water of the bath in the form of tisane or ethereal oil, so the active agent in the warm water can be easily assimilated through the skin. In the bath enriched with aroma oils the evaporating steam and the aromatic ethereal oils give pleasant condition: relaxing, calming or stimulating.
Chinese empress lotus flower bath
A bath complemented with especially delicious scented effective substances, rich in lactalbumin and lotus flower extract, which cherishes the skins and relaxes the body and soul.
Cleopatra bath
It is named after the beautiful Egyptian Queen, who presumably bathed in donkey milk. The bath contains milk and honey, which cherishes the skin by providing the skin with adequate mineral substances and moisture.

Chocolate mask

This is a traditional Chinese treatment, breathing and meditation therapy. It is combination of concentration exercises, conscious breathing and special slow movements.
Do In meditation
It is a meditation exercise based on Shiatsu Japanese massage and self-massage. With its help we can get rid of the negative effects of everyday stress.
Nordic Walking
It developed from the ski-runners' summer training method. Its benefit is that not only the feet are working during walking but the arms as well, therefore there is less burden on the feet joints and our body uses more energy.
Stretching
Intensive muscle-relaxing exercise, which helps to avoid injuries occurring during sporting activity and everyday work, with its relaxing effect it helps alleviating stress.
Tai-chi
Far-Eastern (Chinese) form of movement, it relaxes the tense muscles with its mild movements, and it helps relaxation.
Yoga
It is part of the old Indian philosophy, its base is the overall knowledge of our body and harmonisation of our body and soul. Practising yoga can give wide-range achievement.
